We went there for Sunday brunch. The food was fantastic and great variety and the price was extremely fair for all the varieties of food offered. The owners were there as well and were extremely polite, even went out of there way to recommend a restaurant that was on are travel route back to west Kelowna. The atmosphere was exceptional with the very courteous staff and the gentleman playing the guitar in the background. If I’m ever back their way again I will defiantly be going there and be taking my friends as well.
My wife and I were in Williams Lake for a few hours last week. We stopped in at CJ's Southwestern Grill for a late lunch. We both ordered a Bannock beef sandwich. This sandwich was the best we ever had. We can hardly wait until next time to visit this gem of a restaurant. The restaurant has a great atmosphere inside and the owner Cathie gave us great service.
The last time I went to CJs I was completely floored by the customer service! There food is always yummy and I really appreciate how ready they are to accommodate my dietary restrictions. The last time I went for dinner, everyone at my table was ordering dessert but I couldn't eat it because of my allergies. Even though there wasn't anything on the menu for dessert that worked for me the waitress offered to put together a bowl of fruit and coconut whipping cream so that I could still enjoy a dessert at the same time as everyone else at the table. It was one of the few times I have been able to eat dessert at a restaurant, and I couldn't believe that they went out of their way to make it such a wonderful evening for me!
Cathy invited me to stay even when she wasnt open yet. I asked for breakfast and without skipping a beat she had my food out quickly and exactly how I wanted it. Big portions, great taste! She doesn't offer breakfast but she didnt turn me away and yes the food was great but it's the fact Cathy made the experience a good one and treated me like family!!
Food is amazing and has tons of gluten free options the manager is extremely nice n willing to go the extra mile I have been gluten free for about two years now and I haven't been able to have dessert at a restraunt since she made a special gluten free desert for me and it was sooooo delicious
The buffet had a variety of choices from breakfast to lunch items, also had prime rib roast that was perfect medium rare. Our server was very friendly and the other staff was quick at pickup up dirty dishes. There was a man playing a accordion that made a great dining experience.
Very nice place. Excellent variety on the menu and decent prices. I got the CJ Classic Double Burger and it was out of this world. Staff is very attentive and friendly. Highly recommend!
It is a great restaurant that is super clean, with nice local wall art (pro and paint night party style), suited well for live music, and has an all around good modern family restaurant feel. Food was good, service was great, and a chat with the owner at the end sealed the deal for me to stop in again when I pass by. Look forward to seeing what the live music is like in the future. Also sweet Halloween decoration inside.
